Before You Buy...

• Double-check your measurements (always Width x Height) and swings (looking from the exterior)
• Have your installer verify your measurements
• Any special order item requires a 50% deposit non-refundable
• Once your product has arrived it must be picked up or delivered within 2 weeks
• Any additional questions consult with Sales Staff

Return Policy 

• Stock items can be returned with a full refund if the product is in its original state and you must also have a sales receipt.

• Special order products can only be returned by paying a 50% Restocking fee on the product in question. Explanation: Special Order product is specific to the project it's requested for making resell very limited.

• This includes but is not limited to Interior Door orders. Once interior doors are taken from stock and hung they become a special order product

• Clearance Items are all final sales and have no warranty
